Notes:

 1. We recommend you buy additional harddrive for backup purposes only. As we are not responsible for any lost of data.
 2. Each server is monitored every 15 minutes and can be setup to email you problems for a one time setup fee of $25.
 3. Hardware upgrades after initial setup is figured at $125 per hour with a half hour minimum on all upgrades.
 4. Remote reboot switch can be added to your server for a one time fee of $75. This will allow you to reboot your server via a web interface.
 5. Having a server running at us you must follow the TOS, which can be found here.
 6. Due to the strict administration of IP address by ARIN we cannot deliver more than 6 IP addresses.
 7. Each account comes with 1 hours phone support per month and unlimited e-mail support. Anything over 1 hours phone support will be billed at $75 per hour.
 8. Bandwidth over a T1 will be charged an additional T1 rate of $950
 9. Contracts required for this type of server, cancel anytime with a 30 day written notice after the contract period.
 10. This plan requires a 6 month contract which must be paid in full prior to account setup, after that you may cancel at anytime with a 30 day written notice.
 11. Plesk PSA version 5.0 is a control panel software that is web base and allows you and your clients to add and remove options. For more info on this product please see this Demo Control Panel.
