2. All monthly accounts are billed bi-annually or annually depending on the Package. 
3. A one time setup fee of is added to every account which is non-refundable. All accounts must be paid in full before activation is applied.
4. We believe that we offer the finest service available on the Internet today and offer a, 15-day money back guarantee on all remaining months. The first 15 days are subject to full refund minus any setup charges that may have occur. If you used your site for more than 15 days the first month fees are considered non-refundable and any remaining unused monthly fees will be refunded to the full amount.
5. Each account is limited to a set amount of disk storage.
6. Additional storage may be added if needed by jumping to the next level of service.

Web-users will only be able to upload files within their folder. The main account will be able to access the web-user directories and move files. These web-users accounts are useful for sharing files and files too large to e-mail.
