Notes:

We recommend you buy additional hard drives for backup purposes only. We
are not responsible for any loss of data.
2. Due to the ever changing market on the CPUs
we can not list CPUs that are available. Please contacts us for a list
of CPUs that are currently available.
3. Hardware upgrades after initial setup are
$125
per hour with a half hour minimum on all upgrades not listed above.
4. Remote reboot switch can be added to your
server for a one time setup fee of $75. This will allow you to
power cycle your server via a web interface in case of a server crash.
5. Having a server running with us means you
must follow the TOS, which can be found here.
6. Due to the strict administration of IP
address by ARIN we cannot deliver
more than 6 IP addresses per server.
7. Each account comes with 1 hours phone support
per month and unlimited e-mail support. Anything over 1 hours phone
support will be billed at $75 per hour.
8. Bandwidth over a T1 will be charged an
additional T1 rate of $950. Bandwidth for each server is figured
at 30 gigs per month. If your server goes over the 30 gigs for the
month your account will be billed the additional bandwidth charges at
$5/per gig for every gig you go over the allowed amount.
9. 6 month contract required on this type of
server which must be paid in full prior to account setup, cancel anytime with a 30 day written notice thereafter.
10. This plan requires a 1 year contract which
must be paid in full prior to account setup, after
that you may cancel at anytime with a 30 day written notice.
11. (Optional) Plesk PSA version 5.0 is a control panel
software that is web based and allows you and your clients to add and
remove options. For more info on this product please see this Demo
Control Panel. Control panel comes pre-configured for
limited domains only. If you require more domains per server please contact
our sales staff at sales@ends.net.
12. Each server is monitored every 15 minutes
and can be setup to e-mail or page you if there is a problem. This
option can be added for a one time setup fee of $25.
